Booking, cancellation and refunds

Check your written confirmation for your meeting place, time and booking conditions.
Confirmation
Service details, price, payment terms, exact meeting point, arrival time and any boarding deadline must be given before payment. A booking requires express confirmation after the stated conditions are met.
No show or late arrival
No refund applies for absence or arrival after the confirmed deadline attributable to the customer, provided the contracted service was available as agreed and this condition was disclosed and accepted before payment, without prejudice to applicable legal rights. A failure by us or the operator, including contracted transport or incorrect meeting instructions, is not a customer-attributable no show.
Weather or provider cancellation
If the service is cancelled before it begins because of unsafe weather, authority restrictions or reasons attributable to us or the operator, we will seek an alternative or new date with customer consent. If declined, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded, without prejudice to other applicable rights or compensation. A voucher or new date will not be imposed instead of a refund that is due.
Forecasts and customer changes
A rain forecast alone does not cancel a trip: actual conditions, operator safety instructions and authority decisions determine operation. Material changes require agreement. Early customer cancellation, date changes and fewer participants follow service-specific rules disclosed before payment; undisclosed penalties do not apply. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights prevail.
Refund requests
Contact WhatsApp +52 984 451 6003 with your confirmation, reference if any and reason. Refund processing periods and method must be disclosed before payment and confirmed in writing when handled. Where required, the original payment method is used unless you accept another. For partial non-performance, the remedy concerns the unprovided part and applicable rights.
