Enquiries and confirmation

Browsing, filling in a form or opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. Express written confirmation and fulfilment of the stated payment conditions are required. The website does not collect payments or confirm bookings automatically.

Before payment

Your proposal must identify the activity, operator where applicable, date, participants, total price and currency, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, meeting place and time, and change or cancellation rules. No charge or penalty should apply without prior disclosure and acceptance. Keep confirmations and receipts.

Service and imagery

We answer enquiries and coordinate requests. An independent operator may deliver the activity and must be identified in the confirmation. Photographs illustrate destinations, not a guaranteed vessel, wildlife sighting, exact water colour or identical natural conditions. Only written inclusions are contracted. Material changes require timely information and consent where appropriate.

Safety and rights

Provide correct details and follow confirmed times and safety instructions. Relevant participation restrictions must be disclosed before booking.
